The Gabriel Method

Jon uncovered a myth: “a calorie is a calorie.” A calorie is not a simple calorie when fat loss is concerned. It’s not about calories, it’s about nutrition. You can eat all the calories, but if they are empty calories, you will still be hungry, overeat and store all the excess as body fat and elevated stress hormones.
